Stoecker Farms has operations in Middle River, Parkton, and White Hall, Maryland. We follow organic practices and intergrated pest management. Charles Stoecker participates in Maryland Deptartment of Agriculture and University of Maryland training classes and programs for Fruit and Vegetable Producers. He has completed the GAP (Good Agricultural Practices for the Production and Handling of Fresh Produce) Training conducted by the University of Maryland Cooperative Extension Services.Since Charles has taken over the family farming operation he has expanded the operation to several new farmers' markets in the Baltimore Area as well as participating in Special farmers' markets sponored by UMBC and Maryland Blue Cross Blue Shield. His annual donation of Spring, Summer, and Fall Vegetable Baskets to the University of Maryland College of Agriculture and Natural Resources Alumni Dinner silent auction has been very popular. He has expanded his operation by offering a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture). This is a 25 week program of fresh in season produce.
